Shipment and Returns
The products are dispatched by reliable courier service or regular transport for domestic sale and shipped through regular shipping agency for export sales on receiving the conformed order. It is our endeavor to shipment the confirmed order within 30 days.
However, there can be an instance when a customer places an order of an expensive item or an order of large quantity or special unique products like Bronze icons, big wood carving, Brass products etc., which may take some time to manufacture and this can present delay to the shipment of your order.
